As you'll notice, I put 1 bundle of leafy greens into every smoothie (equalling 1 lb) and took these recipes directly from the Raw Divas Green Smoothie Challenge. Have you checked that out? I'd recommend you try these smoothies and you'll see how green they really are! Just because the color is reddish/purple (of 1 smoothie), doesn't take away that their loaded with GREENS.
